FORMA is, on the one hand, a personal training program. But it is not simply a workout regimen. FORMA is the pursuit of health, strength, and self-possession.

  • FORMA’s virtual training program offers the same science-based structure and precision as in-person coaching, adapted for remote clients. Each plan includes customized programming, video-based form analysis, and guided progression tailored to your goals, schedule, and environment. This option provides autonomy with expert oversight — a complete, individualized training experience designed for measurable growth.

    Prices range from $250.00 - $400.00.

  • FORMA’s in-person training offers a structured, science-based approach to strength, hypertrophy, and functional movement. Each session blends precise load progression, postural alignment, breath work, and recovery to develop strength that is both powerful and refined.
    FORMA offers multiple training tiers, each representing a different depth of practice and progression. The most appropriate path is determined during your consultation, where we assess your goals, movement patterns, and training history to design the program that fits you best.
